Fantastic Cast Members!

We just got back from a week long trip. First half of the week the crowds were mild but then spring break hit and the crowds came pouring in! Every single cast member we came in contact with was polite, smiling and put on a happy face. MANY cast members went out of their way to make my daughters birthday trip MAGICAL! We are very seasoned WDW visitors and I have to say this trip was almost flawless!

Always wonderful to hear people still have extra magical experiences with cast. Letting guest services know always gets back to the CM, and it can make their day, or their career! Just make sure to remember names and locations, that way the CM can get that recognition if you appreciate them!

It is so nice to see some positive comments about the CM's ... we found everyone to be great during our last two trips and expect the same during our upcoming trip next month. Still love Disney and don't feel that the quality of the experience has been anything but great! We have sent positive comments via email and they respond and seem to appreciate the input.

Now I can't wait for our upcoming trips in April, October and December!

I have started writing names down or taking pictures of the CM badge with their permission. I have no memory for names at all, and I did nto like forgetting those special people who made our trips so magical.

Disney does read the letters, I usually get a call acknowledging that the message was recieved and the feedback was sent to the proper team leaders.

Thanks for posting this. I read all the negative posts lately, and I understand why folks are disappointed with the changes that may be made, but in over ten sold years of Disney visits I have never experienced the issues that some people are prepared to look for. WE need to hear the positives as well as the area that need to be addressed. Thanks again!

Spectacular news!! So glad to hear it.

We too try to write down the name of the CM, where we were, and what time. Then we stop by Guest Relations on our way out of the park. Sad to say, often the CMs at Guest Relations are very surprised we're there to commend someone. That must be a tough area to work!

My fiancee and I always make sure to make a note in our phone of the Cast Member's name, their location, the day that it is, and what they did that made it so magical.

At the end of our day, we go to Guest Services (has to be the same park the CM works in though) and fill out an Applause-o-gram. I like to think they somehow get recognized in their morning staff meetings (if they even have them).

I also report the bad which unfortunately does happen but thankfully not to often
