Does anyone know what time it starts? We'll be there the week of Feb 6th. Also is it a good idea to do the dinner package or since it's the slow time of year would it be okay to just get there early?

You will not need dinner package to get good seats... But be sure to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to showtime.
