Fantasmic! seating?

I was just looking at the DL calendar and I noticed Fantasmic! wll be in March 28th. We weren' supposed to be at Disney until the 29th BUT we are driving and I think we will make it there at about 4:00 on the 28th . Anyways my question is: What are the "desert" reservations I've read about? I was thinking of making them (but don't know where) to ensure we get to Fanasmic!. We've never seen it and this is the only night it is on while we're there.

You don't have to have the reserved seating for Fantasmic. You can get there an hour or so prior to showtime & secure a spot by the Rivers of America. If you are interested in the Dessert/Reserved seating, it is $59/adult & $49/child. You will need to call 714-781-4400 30 days prior to the night you want to see it. You were saying March 28, so you would need to call at 8am (pacific time) SHARP on Feb 28!! There are limited number of seats & they go very quickly, especially since Fantasmic is not showing nightly.

We are doing that this trip for my hubby & I to celebrate our anniversary. We also did the seating when they used to hold it up at the Disney Gallery above the POTC. But that is now gone, as they made this the "Dream Suite".

Don't feel you have to purchase a ticket for this, lots of FREE seats. Also keep in mind, you have to have park admission even if you pay for the reserved seating.
