I will be on the DDP during our May 2011 trip. However, I am thinking about paying OOP for the Fantasmic Pkg at Brown Derby. We have eaten at Mama Melrose and H&V, so I would like to try something different. Instead of using my credits, I was thinking about paying OOP for F! pkg. Is it possible to pay upfront when making reservations? I would like to have it paid for prior to our visit... THANKS!

No, you can't pay up front for this package. All they'll do is take your credit card number as a guarantee. Payment is taken at the restaurant.

If you want to "prepay," you could consider getting a Disney gift card, loading it at the time you want, and using it to pay for your meal.
