checked the November hours against my reservations (FINALLY!! :sunny: ) and noticed that there are two fantasmic shows on Nov.6...I already reserved the fantasmic pkg for that night....are we "required" to go to the first, or second...or can we chose?? Thanks!!

My understanding is that the dinner packages are for the first show - you do not get to choose.

You might consider cancelling the dinner package (unless you want to eat at that restaurant anyway). The second show is always less crowded than the first and most times, you won't need to stand in line so far ahead of time. 20 -30 minutes should do it.

Best wishes -

I agree. We've done the dinner package many times and it's well worth it when there's only one show a night. However, when there are two shows, the later one is quite easy to get into with little or no wait. I've been the week before July 4th and the first week of August to second shows - both times when crowds were very very heavy during the day - and walked in minutes before the start of Fantasmic with my choice of seats. The center section was somewhat full but just about everything else was wide open.

I also have reservations for Fantasmic Dinner Pacage for Nov. 6 and I just called Disney Dining Reservations and asked which Fantasmic Show I would have to see, and was told that it would be the later show, at 8:30 pm.
I told the CM that the web site listed show times of 6:30 pm and 8:00 pm, and not 8:30, and she said that the show times might be updated later, depending on when it gets dark, but right now the reservation is linked to 8:30 show time.

I called back Dining Reservations, and this time they told me a different story.
They said that the Fantasmic show with the dining package is always for the first show. They said that they did not yet know the exact show times for Nov. I guess that is why the first CM gave me a generic time of 8:30 pm.
I don't know know why they say they don't have Nov. show times when the hours are now posted on Disney web site.
