Not necessarily. I leave on Saturday and I didn't book 90 days out for the Fantasmic Dinner Package it was more like 20 days out and I got a decent time also. Give them a call . . . it's worth a shot.

Right now, only The Hollywood Brown Derby, Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano, and Hollywood and Vine are the places you can eat at. The 50's Prime Time Cafe has also been included in the past, so be sure to call the WDW Dining line at (407) 939-3463 and confirm availability.

I just booked Hollywood & Vine this morning and we leave in 38 days (can't come soon enough! )

I didn't have much trouble and we have 8 people in our group. Call as soon as you can, though. The sooner the better.

I was just a little disappointed with the Fantasmic package, but I can only blame it on the weather really. We booked the package and ate at the Brown Derby. It was our last evening at Disney. It stormed and Fantasmic was cancelled. I have never seen it and keep hearing how wonderful it is! To get the package, we had to book on that last night. Everything else was booked up. I was really disappointed because we would not have waited until the end of our trip to see it if we hadn't scheduled the dinner package.

Anyway, we probably would have eaten someplace a bit cheaper if we weren't doing the package, too. Again, it was all we could really get. In fairness though, we loved the Brown Derby. So all was not lost..........., but I will not schedule the package again for this reason. I will just take my chances.

The Brown Derby package seems like a good deal if you get the expensive foods on the menu, or is the ackage menu limited ? ie no steak ?

From what I understand it is the same menu. They do not create a special menu for the Fantasmic package.

So that means... Order the most expensive thing on there!!!!
