I got ADR´s for Mama Melrose for lunch on a day there actually is a Fantasmic performance scheduled. Only afterwards I came to know that as of June, lunch also may be part of Fantasmic "dinner" package. Is it possible for me to "upgrade" my ADR (well, that is, if it eventually shows up after this breathtaking system update)?

No. The package needs to be a separate reservation. There is a limited number of packages available for each restaurant on Fantasmic days. You will have to see if you can get one and then cancel your regular reservation.

No, you would need to call and book a package specifically, then cancel the previous reservation. (If you want to eat there anyway, don't cancel until you check to see if a package is available.)
