Tomorrow is our ADR day!! :yay: I have the plan ready to go, but now DH thinks we need to get a Fantasmic package if possible. We are flexible on our dates as we'll be there for 9 nights. We can hopefully get a package for one of the F! nights. Still, I have to confess that I haven't read many of those threads as we previously weren't doing a package.

So, that brings me to my questions.

1) It is available for H & V, Mama Melrose, and Brown Derby correct? Nothing else?

2) We eat first and then enter the theater, right? How early do we have to be at the theater?

3) Is it a fixed price? Where can I find the prices and the available menu choices for dinner?

4) Can I book it online or is that a "call" ADR?

Thanks!!!

1. Correct- just the 3 restaurants
2. Eat first, then go to the theater. We had a reservation for 4.45. We went to the theatre via the seperate entrance at 7.30 ( for the 8pm show), got a front row seat in the reserved section, brilliant view.
3. Ate at Mama Melrose, that was a fixed price, you get all three courses. Sorry I have forgotten the price.
4. You have to call to book and they go very fast.

Is there a place I can find out what nights Fantasmic will be showing when we are there in January? I can call for ADR's next week but wanted to try to pre plan what days that may be an option

During my December/Christmas trip, Fantasmic is at 6:30. My TA booked my MM F! ADR for 4:00 so we'd have enough time to get to the show. It's recommended these days for Fantasmic package folks to arrive an hour before the show (non package people pretty much need to be there at least 2 hours ahead of time). 4:00 is actually pushing our luck when it comes to how my family eats because those of us with food allergies take much longer to dine. We'll likely have to ask for our desserts to go.

January hours have not yet been released. When they are, they should include the Fantasmic schedule.

January hours have been released. I saw them posted on the Theme Parks forum, umm, 2 days ago I think....

I'll try to find them......

My mistake. I looked them up on wdwinfo.com and they were listed as projected. The hours ARE up on disneyworld.disney.go.com.

It looks like right now Fantasmic is only currently scheduled for Sundays and Thursdays in January? Wow, that's not much.

Just for others' reference, here they are:

Oh, and BTW, I had *guessed* wrong on Fantasmic nights. I guessed T and TH, but I was wrong, which leaves only one viable Fantasmic night during our 7 night trip. Kind of a bummer. May have to take a pass on Fantasmic yet again.

Thanks for the information and feedback. Does anyone know where I can go to get pricing information? I'm assuming the different restaurants are different prices. Thanks!

We've done the Fantasmic package at the Brown Derby a two or three times over the years, and been extremely happy with it. I would definitely do it again, and, in fact, hope to next June.

Does anyone know how far in advance they are likely to release the Fantasmic schedule?

At what point they are likely to start letting people book the packages once the regular dining ADR timeframe goes back to 180 days?

When you book Fantasmic with a dining plan, does it count for 2 dinners like the luau?

Mama Melrose and Hollywood & Vine count as 1 table service credit.

Hollywood Brown Derby, a 'signature' restaurant, counts as 2 table service credits.

I just booked ours at Hollywood and Vine for 3:45 pm for New Year's Day.
They opened up this morning as I have been checking every day.
