Is there a charge for the package?

There is no additional charge for the package itself. However, the package, which includes the Fantasmic! seating pass, MUST be guaranteed at the time of booking with a credit card, and a $10 cancellation fee applies if not cancelled at least 48 hours beforehand.

As of June 2009, you may order from the Brown Derby a la carte menu.

Mama Melrose $32.99 adult/$11.99 child (3-9) not including admission, tax, and gratuity -- Dinner package is price fixe: appetizer, dinner, dessert and non-alcoholic beverage.

Does that mean I don't pay a flat fee for the reservation like it says for Mama Melrose? Can I just get a Salad and Dessert and still get the Fantasmic Package.

I'm going to the Brown Derby for that meal anyway, I figured it could not hurt to ask if this can be done. I love the Cobb Salad and Grapefruit Cake. Not too wild about the actual Entree Menu.

The Fantasmic Dining Package at Brown Derby is a flat cost just like at MM. The a la carte comment refers to the fact that at one time at HBD the F! package had its own limitted menu but that's now changed to where you order off the regular menu.
