Fantasmic not available on my DHS day?

We will be in Disney for a week in late May/early June. We will be spending 1 day at DHS during our week and wanted to book the Fantasmic package for that day. We chose our DHS day based on extra magic hours. There are no Fantasmic reservations available on that day, though? I know I've read that sometimes Disney doesn't release Fantasmic packages right away, but I found it odd because they are available every other day of my trip except the day we were planning on DHS. Any idea why this is? FYI, we were planning on May 27, 2018 as our DHS day. TIA.

I have found there are random days when Fantasmic doesn't run because of an early park closing. Although usually I noticed those on fall trips. Is Fantasmic showing on the calendar for that date?

Yes, it's showing on the calendar for 9:00pm.

I happened to be on the Disney site. It looks like you could get a dinner package ADR for that night, but the dessert packages haven't been released past March.

I stand corrected, I just noticed I looked at the 28th and not the 27th. The 27th isn't showing anything. Weird.
