Fantasmic- Mamma Melrose- set menu?

I'm considering booking the Fantasmic Dinner pkg at Mamma Melrose, using the Dining Plan. Is it a set menu? Or do you just order a drink, entree and dessert off the menu?

If you weren't using a Dining Plan, could you just order an appetizer and drinks and have it count?

Unless things have changed since we went.
You order any appetizer and any entrée, but the dessert served is specific thing ( sampler kind of plate).

If you pay OOP, it is around $35 and you get any app, entrée, non-alcoholic drink, and the dessert sampler platter for the table. You don't have to eat it all, but you still have to pay the $35 price.
