Fantasmic dinner

I have ADR at Hollywood & Vine for the Fantasmic Dinner. My question is: Can I send one Adult in my party to the theatre to hold seats while the rest of us finish up/ use bathrooms, etc. Do they allow that or will you not be allowed to "hold" seats?

that should not be a problem at all... although what we did was get our seats and then go up and use the bathroom right at the top of the theatre just before the show started

If I remember correctly, the restaurant gives you a "ticket" indicating the number of people allowed in the special entrance. So, no, I don't think you would be able to "stagger" when your party enters Fantasmic using the package.

When we went last March, our waitress gave us our voucher when we paid the bill and it had the number of people on it. Truthfully, we went during Easter/Spring Break, so peak peak crowds (that's why we did the dinner package) and got great seats (reserved section, right in the center of the theater). We got seated about 40 minutes before the show. You should be O.K. going together, and I wouldn't want to be the one to tell people they can't sit there because you were saving seats for the rest of your party.

We just got back, and they give you a voucher with the number in your party. At the entrance, they asked if everyone was there. There are restrooms inside.

Just go en masse and use the restrooms at H&V before you leave or after entering the amphitheater. The whole idea behind the package is that you don't have to jostle for seats and wait in line for an hour or more. There aren't any truly bad seats in the amphitheater, so I think an extra 10 minutes to finish up and then go as a group won't hurt. Have fun!
