Fantasmic Dinner with Dining Package Yes or No??

Ok, I have heard this go back and forth several times. Does anyone know for sure if we can purchase the Fantasmic Dinner with the Dining Package? Thanks so much for your help!

Yes you can. I called WDW yesterday and changed my regular MYW dining plan ADR at H&V to a Fantasmic Diiner Package. According to the CM the change took place Sept. 2.
