Fantasmic Dinner Pkg. seats?

It sounds like the seats offered for the Fantasmic Dinner package aren't the greatest...

Is it possible to use the Dinner Package in order to get in alittle earlier (not have to stand in line too) and sit in another section of the theater--or do the CM's make you sit in the section reserved for people who purchased the dinner package?

The reserved seats are on the right hand side. My family thought they were great...especially since we were there on a holiday week and walked right in with no wait!

Is it toward the front? I'm just wondering if being so close to the front will frighten my little ones. Or will it not really matter where you sit, it'll be the same regardless?

We chose to sit on the very front bench right next to the fence, it was a great spot, very warm when the water caught fire! I can't see that the views would be worse if you sat a few rows back in the two reserved sections than if you were further back in another section.

The Fatasmic dinner block ranges from about 1/3 up on the right (stage left) tier to the top. For people that like to be seated in the center that would not be the most desirable location. For most, the seats are fine -- you can see the stage and the water projections well. In fact, you probably would probably not want to be any closer than 1/3 of the way up.

The main entrance enters the theater at the top and a little beyond the right section (a bit towards the center). The CM's simply stand at the top of the section, preventing people from making a hard right into the right-most section.

Nothing prevents you from moving to the center, although the CMs would probably prefer that you take your "assigned" section until the main gate is open. Likewise, once the theater starts to fill up, nothing prevents guests from filling in the right section. HTH.

The seats are not that bad - honestly - there isn't really any "bad" seats... however I would not sit in the front of any of the sections - you will get wet and it is cooler at night... not a good combination - we like to sit about half way up... the view is great and you get out quicker too!!!

there is nothing wrong with the package seating area at all. We walked right in were about 5th row from railing, and saw everything perfectly fine. In fact I would rather be ther than the middle because oif the crowds leaving. Would you rather have about the same view but get to leave faster or be caught in the middle of the whole stadium?
