Is booking the Fantasmic dinner package 90 days out? or more. Will it be needed for last week in Jan. Please keep in mind I hate ewaiting in lines if avoidable (Disney is the one place I will wait in line for things and deem it worth it) hehe;)

Thanks I will post second part of question in new thread.

we did the mama melrose package last week and the food was great but i don't know if it was worth it because we had a PS for 6 and finished by 7:15 and then they told us we had to be to fantasmic by 7:30 or they won't let you in, which wasn't true. We went right over there and we didn't even get that great of seats we were on the far right corner and even after the show started at 8 they were letting people in. the show was great and i would definitly see it again next year but i think that i will just get there at 7:45 and see what seat i get because none of the seats seemed horrible even though the center would be the best.

usually our annual trip is the last week of January, we have NEVER needed to use the Dinner package, and last year even though we had booked it and ate the dinner, we did not use the passes and walked right in about 10 minutes before showtime and sat right in the middle!

ITs very uncrowded that week (although usually busy on the weekends.) So I would say, that as long as you plan to go on a M-F night you should be fine without the package.

the menu was the same as you would get without the package. you can choose one type of personal flat bread which is like pizza and we got the four cheese one which was good but there were 4 others to choose from and that is one for the table which there were four of us. then you order any of the main entrees and a large family style salad to share. i had the chicken parm and i thought it was quite good. you also get to choose any of the deserts but my sister in law and i chose to get a cappucino which was the same price and they just substituted it for us.
my dh got the seafood di avlo which he loved
