As the PPs said, at Disneyland there is only the Fantasmic Dessert Package. There is a Fantasmic Dining Package at WDW, so perhaps that's the one you'd heard about it.

Wonderful snacks and service. Comfy chairs. Generally good view. If you want front row seats be prepared to wait in line to reserve them. It is unfortunate that DLR does not allow you to reserve your seats when you purchase the package. It is truly silly to buy the package to avoid having to wait on the grass for the show, only to have to wait in a line for the seats.
