I understand how the "Special Seating" works, but how does the Dining Plan figure into this? Does it cost extra out of pocket?

Dining plan can be used for whatever amount of credits the restaurant normally takes. 1 credit for Mama Melrose or Hollywood & Vine, 2 for Brown Derby.

So then that's it. Nothing extra for the Fantsmic Seating??

There's no extra charge for the Fantasmic seating but at some of the restaurants you may be paying a fixed price if not on DDP because it is a package. H&V is a buffet. At Brown Derby and Mama Melrose your package includes an appetizer even if you are on the regular dining plan.

And don't forget -- you have to reserve the package up front, and leave a credit card number to secure the reservation.

I think we were quoted $234.38 for four adults at the Brown Derby. Or, of course, you could use 8 TS credits.

I've done F! dining at H&V on DDP....and in May 2010... OOP at HBD....

DS18 and I ate at HBD in May - I believe it was right around $110... it was a Fixed price which included appy, entree and dessert and drinks....

Make sure you remind your waiter you are on F! Plan prior to eating and get the F! Pass....
