Fantasmic Dinner Package with wheelchair?

We have a person in a wheelchair (she can get in and out of it....it's just for lack of mobility and walking long distances) going with us.My question is if we get the dinner package,does she have to get out of her wheelchair ,and if so will a CM store it away for the show. We went to Fantasmic before without the dinner package and were given benches in the back for handicap(she stayed in the wheelchair and we sat on the benches next to her). We have free dining and wanted to try Hollywood & Vine anyway ,so we figured we would get the dinner package. With the seating already reserved for the dinner package patrons would this be a hassle with a wheelchair?

Youngest DS had to use a transport chair last Dec. (so far not for upcoming trip in June) due to a foot fracture complication.

@ H&V, we just folded WC up & set it by our table - no problem.

Since it was non-motorized I must say it was a bit of a challenge pushing him the last leg up the hill - pretty steep...but, we made good time coming back down LOL.

The HC "reserved" seating set up is the same, in the back w/places for WC to pull right up. We elected to fold up the chair & place it off to the side wall since the HC seating was already very limited when we got there. CM's were asking that only 1 non-HC person accompany the individual in need.

Just agreeing with the other poster.
The whole back row of the amphitheater is set up the same way, with the back row having empty spaces to pull in wheelchairs/ECVs mixed with a seat here and there for someone to sit next to the person using a wheelchair. The 2 rows directly in front of the back row are reserved for people with special needs who don't need to be in a wheelchair spot or other members of the party who are traveling with guests using wheelchairs.
The dinner package seats are the whole section of the theater to your right as you face the stage.
