Fantasmic! Dinner Package -- Will we make it?

I am nervous...I got a 4:20 PS for the MM Fantasmic package on the day we arrive at WDW. Our plane lands at 2:22 pm. We are going in July, so we have Magical Express taking us to ASM. Will we make it? Will I lose my PS if we are delayed and I call to tell them the airline screwed up?

It will be tight. What I would do is call back 30 days before the PS because that is when they open up later times for the Fantasmic Package. If you can get a later time then (and if not at 30 days, keep calling everyday, someone reported the later times opened for them at 25 days) it will be much easier.

First of all Fantasmic begins at 9pm and maybe that evening there will be another one at 10.30. I would cancel my reservation for the 430 pm meal.
If you call at the 30 day time frame many seats will open that will accomodate you at a later seating. I would also suggest you not put pressure on yourself by choosing the first evening to rush off to MGM.
We have done the Fantasmic dinner package for many years. Last year there was nothing open except early seating. At the 30 day window tons of spots for a later dinner was availiable. That was in June. Relax and enjoy.

Once we were about 1 hour late for our ps at hollywood and vine for the fantasmic pkg. My dh just said, sorry we were so busy caught up enjoying the magic. They understood and we didnt have to wait too long for a table. I would try for a later seating too if that is an option.
