I am going to DW in may and was wondering what night I should book the Fanstasmic dinner package for. We are going May 6-12 (Fri-Thurs). I know I can't do it the night of the 6th (i have an illuminations curise booked).
I have no clue what to do especially with the EMH not being out.
Any ideas or information you could give?
what restraunt would be the least costly. I am a college student so Money is tight as usual
Thanks for your help
YOU GUYS ROCK!! :cheer2:

Least costly is Hollywood and Vine

Not sure what date would be the best.... I'm going on the 10th of May becuase that is what fit best into our schedule.

The least is h&v. I would just book any night and go from there. I had to do this last oct and that what we did. I booked ours opn a sunday.

Thank you everyone for your advice. I was wondering if this is an event you have to pre pay for or they just hold with a credit card?

I called yesterday and made ressies for our Fantasmic dinner package at Hollywood & Vine and they said they just hold the ressie on the CC. They don't actually charge it.

There is a 48 hour cancellation policy for fant dinner package. No show they do charge partial. Make sure you get the details!!

We're going next month -- Hollywood and Vine for dinner and then show -- and the CM told me that cancellation less than 48 hrs. before reservation time (or no-show) will result in a $10 per person charge. In our case, that would be $40, which is steep considering 2 of the 4 people are children.

I thought the adults were 10 and the kids were 5 under 10--not for sure that's why I hestitated to say.

I really liked this package(my first time was last oct)and will definitely be doing this on my next trip. I would like to try the Brown and Derby.

have fun!!!

If it were me, I'd initially try for a Monday. IF they don't move the EMH around (and I know that's a big "if"), MGM's evening EMH is Sunday and the morning EMH is a Tuesday. Monday just seems like it should be less busy. Of course if you want to be there for EMH evening, go for Sunday. When the hours come out, you can try to change it if it doesn't fit your needs.

We love H&V, so that's where we always eat.
