Is the Fantasmic Dinner package still available and if so, does anyone know which restaurants are included? Specifically if Sci-Fi is? I'm already starting to plan ahead my schedule for Nov!

As far as I know the Fantasmic dinner pkg is only available at Hollywood and Vine, Mama Melroses and Brown Derby.

If we decided to go with the dinner package, which of the 3 mentioned would be best with our DDs aged 5 and 2.5 yrs?

IMHO, with little ones, especially picky eaters, Hollywood & Vine is best. It's a buffet and it's the cheapest of the 3.

We finally tried Mama Melrose this past trip, after eating at H&V several times, since our girls are a bit older now and although I enjoyed it and loved the desserts, my girls and even DH weren't impressed. So we'll be eating at H&V again this year!

I second H&V for younger kids. Although I like all three of them, BD has a more grown up feel and MM might not appeal to your kids. I think they have a portion of the buffet for kid's favorites like mac n cheese, chicken nuggets, etc. (although kids can eat anything on the buffet).

That's a great idea, though. I'd pay extra, gladly, for a Fantasmic dinner package that included Sci-Fi, or Prime Time. You listening, Disney folks? :)

We enjoyed the Hollywood & Vine, but I agree it would be it would be nice if they added Sci-Fi! The more options the better! :earsboy:
