Fantasmic dinner package question

I've got H&V Fantasmic package for June 4 at 4:30 p.m. I've read somewhere that I may be able to get a later seating by calling 30 days out. Yesterday I called to reschedule another PS and asked about it. I was told that they do not do any later seatings for the Fantasmic package.

Has anyone ever had any luck getting something later? Is there a special way to ask for it? I'm going to try again later this week at the actual 30 day mark and would appreciate any hints.

You just need to keep trying. We have res. on May 5 and they told us the same thing. But I called back and switched our 4:10 to 6:20. I think we called about 30 days out also. Don't give up!!

we had a 4:30 time and had to wait about 20-30 minutes before being seated. this was in early december when the crowds are lower. i'd keep the earlier time. you can always shop or whatever before entering the theatre. keep in mind the restrooms are quite a distance from the package seating area. you could use that extra time for a pre-show restroom stop.

They offered us a 7:10p the other day, but we took a 4p because we wanted it to be a late lunch/early dinner, so we could snack the rest of the day.

I'd just keep calling til you get an agent who will give you what you want. Good luck!

I had a 4:20pm at Mama Melrose's for the Fantasmic Pkg on 05/19/05. I called at 30 days and was told no later seating had opened up yet. The CM said to call back at two weeks out, as that seemed to be when they were opening up. Sure enough I called yesterday and got Mama Melrose's for 6:20pm. She offered me anything from 5:00-7:40pm, so apparently they had quite a few open. I would try at 30 days out and then again at 2 weeks out, if needed. Good luck!!
