Fantasmic Dinner Package Question

What time should I try to make a reservation for the Fantasmic Dinner Package at Mama Melrose? - I know it's all the way across the park -

We want to eat and go straight to 9:00 Fantasmic show for a decent seat -- in July.

Is 7:00 to late?

I'm not entirely sure - but when I have seen Fantasmic packages booked, the times available are usually much earlier than 7. In fact I am not sure I've seen anybody book one past 6. If anyone has actually booked one for later, maybe they'll post.

You are very limited on times. I've done Mama Melrose twice both times when Fantasmic was at 9:00, and the latest I could get was 5:30. This year, we're doing Brown Derby, and the latest I could get was 4:30. She told me there were a few 5:30 spots for five people, but I'd missed them. I don't think they'll seat you less than 3 hours before the show in any case, and again, availability is limited.

I was told when I booked that you can only get the Fantasmic Dinner Package pass for the early show.
