Fantasmic Dinner Package Options?

OK expert diners which one for the Fantasmic Dinner Package, Brown Derby, Mama Melrose or Hollywood and Vine? Pros and cons please, ambiance and meal selection. June trip with 16 year old daughter and my husband trying to figure out which would be the best fit. Had a Brown Derby in the next city over that we frequented for years so no novelty there but thought a nice quiet place for lunch/dinner would be great so we are still considering the Derby.

We are big fans of MM so we do it there. We love the food and the service is always great.

We just went to MM with DD12, DD9, and DS5. The food was excellent and the stuff they give you for the package was great! We had bread with butter and a sun-dried tomato pesto sauce, 2 flatbreads of our choice, a HUGE salad, our choice of entrees, and our choice of dessert.

Thanks, what is the noise level at MM? We think we may shy away from H&V because we have heard that it is a bit noisy far from a relaxing meal experience.

I'm not an Italian food fan, is steak part of the option for this package?

We have eaten at MM 8 times and never found it to be overly noisy. There is some background Italian music, and its not completely quiet, but its never seemed too busy, loud, or stressful, IMO.
You get your choice of any entree off the menu, so yes, you can get the steak. Our current favorites, besides the flatbreads, are the Penne Vodka and the Chicken Parm.

I didn't find it too noisy either. We had the eggplant thing, which was wonderful, and the spicy italian sausage over pasta, which was a little greasy for our tastes.
