I think I know the answer to this, but if we reserve Fantasmic Dinner Package, then we do not need to FP Fantasmic, right? When I go to reserve the dinner package, I'm assuming the times listed will coincide with show times?

Is the dinner package worth it? We didnt see Fantasmic last trip, and were thinking of doing it this year with dinner at Mama Melrose to guarantee a spot.

Unless we repeat dinner at Sci-Fi and then do Fantasmic as 4th FP?

Going during NY spring break first week of April 2018 so expecting parks to be packed...

1. No FP needed.
2. Yes.
3. Some think so. But, it's up to you to decide.
We've seen F! (literally) dozens of times without the Dining Pkg.
4. If you can arrive at the F! theater 45-60 min. before show time, that will work very well.

Are you saying that we need to arrive 45-60 min early if we have FP, or just arrive at that time and wait without FP or dining package?

Whatever situation you choose.
It is more than a good idea to arrive early under any circumstances, especially so at a busy time.

I'll second Robo and agree that I'd recommend arriving 45 or so min ahead of showtime whether you're doing standby, FP, or dining package.

The dining package gives you a reserved seat up until about 15 min before showtime. After that window you're not guaranteed entrance or a seat. The earlier you arrive the better choice you have in seats. You'd be fine arriving say 30 min before showtime but you might be at the top of the dining section. Always better to arrive a little earlier
