Fantasmic Dinner Package: Brown Derby menu

We are planning to do the Fantasmic Dinner Package at the Brown Derby in December and will be using two DDP points for the package. Do we get to order off the regular menu? Are there are restrictions? I can't seem to find any specifics about the menus used.

We ordered off the menu. The only restriction is the Cobb Salad is an Appetizer at dinner & it is for 2 & counts as 2 Appetizers.
