Fantasmic dining package with infant

i made reservation for four since its four people including one year old as I'm told to include him because he takes up a seat. However will we be charged four TS for the fantasmic dining package at mama melrose since that's supposed to give Four vouchers? I don't know if the baby needs a voucher to get in but he's not on the dining plan. I've looked for answers online but unable to find them.

He needs to be on the reservation. There will not be a charge.

in August both our 2 year old grandson and 4 month old granddaughter were counted on the reservation and counted on the slip for Fantasmic but not charged at Hollywood & Vine
