Fantasmic Dining Package Times

I managed to get a 7pm H&V F! package but I am worried it will be cutting it too close, has anyone every done a late one? It's at the end of May, so just before the packages switch over to ending at 5pm. I read in the fine print packages are always for the first showing. Would we have enough time to eat and get over to the theater? Any advice would be appreciated

What time is the Fantasmic Show? Hollywood and Vine is a buffet so you won't need to wait for food to come out from the kitchen. But of course you might want to wait for the characters to come round. You would want to leave the restaurant At least 45 minutes before short time I think as 10-15 walk to the amphitheater and you want to be there a reasonable amount before showtime.
So if Fantasmic is at 9:30 then a 7pm reservation will probably be fine.

The shows are 9 and 10:30 that night, so we'd have to be there at like 8:30 I think.

That gives you not a lot of time but is certainly possible to eat at the buffet in an hour. You should be seated by 7:15 I guess, then an hour to eat and you leave the restaurant just before 8:30 to get over to F! 20 minutes before showtime.

I moved ours to a lunch time. Just be on the lookout, something else may open up.
