Fantasmic Dessert Party--Ticket?

Hello! Earlier today, we booked our seats for the Fantasmic Dessert party on July 10th. Yay! Anyhoo, we were given a confirmation number and were told to just give this number to the CM attendant when we check in for the show. Is this new? From all the posts that I've read, folks go to Guest Services to pick up actual tickets and then show these tickets to the attendant, but the CM on the phone told us to just give the confirmation number.

I have done it many times and have it booked for next Tuesday. Unless it changed drastically, the CM gave you incorrect information. You need to either pick up the F! tickets at Guest Services or if staying at a DLR hotel, when you check in. When you check in, not everyone in your party has to be there but you do need to have all of the F! tickets.

Yes, the pp is correct. You have to pick them up from guest services or your hotel if staying on property.

This is the way it has worked for us before. That would be a major departure.
