For anyone who has done the experience.
How did you like it?
What did you like and not like?
Do you have any suggestions that would improve the experience?

We loved it. The desserts were better quality than the standard fare at the dessert parties and it included a few savory snacks. It easily replaced a meal for us. The packaging was very nice, cute light up souvenir glasses and the alcoholic drink was delicious.

We got checked in with 0 wait, had our choice of seats in the Mickey section and plenty of time to eat while we waited for the show. We liked it well enough that we’re doing it again.

Honestly, for what it is, they do it just as good as I could hope for. Other than making the drinks unlimited, I don’t have any complaints! My only tip is to ignore the arrival time you’re given and get there when they open the doors. You’ll avoid any wait to get in and it’s much more relaxing. Stay to the left entering and there will be a podium to check in.

We are going soon. What time did you arrive? Doors open? That’s the only thing I’m not clear on

With a Fantasmic! Dining Experience,
-or a Fantasmic! Dessert Experience,
-or a Fantasmic! FastPass,
-or even without any of those (just standby/walk-in)
it is recommended to arrive at the theater at least 45 min. (or more)
before show time to have a better choice in seating.

I don’t recall off hand the exact time, but we got there when they had just opened the doors. It was well before their suggested time on the reservation so wasn’t sure we could, but they don’t care. At that point, we were the first ones in on the dessert pkg.

I will try for 60-75 mins littles are impatient at times and will be tired by then
Or maybe I can just keep them in the stroller ? We will see I guess

I do know that the doors open 90 minutes before so 6:30 for an 8:00 show.

Sorry, but there are no strollers allowed in the F! theater.
Strollers are diverted to stroller-parking/storage area before guests reach the seating area.

We will be getting stroller as a wheelchair tag for DS sorry should have specified

That will affect your seating area. I would think you’d have to be located in the area reserved for wheelchairs as there’s no access to strollers in the regular seating. Not a bad thing, just you’ll be further back.

OR...
On the very front row.

1. If they are using wheelchair seating, would the choice of seating be any different if they have a dessert/dining package, FP, or stand by?
2. Do all the sections have wheelchair seating?
1. Not really.
2. Yes.
Although it is possible that the limited seating available for all wheelchairs
may play into some kind of "accommodation" if space (and time) is running out.

I had the allergy friendly dessert box due to my peanut/tree nut allergy. It was so nice that they had that option. I also had whatever blue margarita they had which comes in a light up souvenir mug. They give you a bottle of water as well. Just keep in mind, you’re getting a refrigerated dessert box so it’s not the quality of a regular dessert party. This is definitely more for the reserved seating so you don’t need to burn a fastpass nor dedicate time in the middle of the day for a sit down meal if you do the dining package. We arrived a little over an hour early but got stuck waiting to get in for a long time while they determined if there was lightning in the area. I’ve read that usually you walk right in under normal circumstances.

Also as a little secret, the drinks are unlimited as long as you catch us before the show starts you’re welcome to come back as much as you’d like!

I wish I’d known that! It was really good. I’ve got this scheduled again in May and will definitely check for seconds. I’ll have my grandson by myself so 2 would be my limit. Can’t have a tipsy nana trying to get out of the park with a little one. lol Thanks!

What was in the nut allergy box? This was a deciding factor for my family and since we didn’t know we went for the dinner package instead.

I looked back & apparently that’s the one thing I didn’t take a picture of! The items I remember for sure are cotton candy, some kind of vanilla cake, & fruit. I do remember the desserts weren’t great. Everything was really hard from being refrigerated but that can’t really be avoided I suppose. I only attended once though so it may have just been an off night. Plus the cake type stuff is gluten free so it is what it is. I feel like the dessert party is a way to avoid using a fastpass or using time at a lunch/dinner reservation. It saves you time over doing the dining package. If your more interested in quality food though, then definitely do the dining package. I’m very appreciative they even offer an allergy-friendly option at all. It really may have just been an off-night when I went.
