Fantasmic Chances?

We're going to be in California at the start of May 2004 and at some point are planning on working our way down to Anaheim. However, exactly when it the trip we do depends on one thing - Fantasmic.

I know that Fantasmic wasn't showing for much of the early part of this year due to DL rehabbing the lake - so what are the chances of it being on in early May next year? If you think it will be on, what days would it likely to be showing (Saturday only? all weekend?).

If it's not on at all in May, then that's fair enough. But if there's a chance of us seeing it, I want to tie it in with dates we're likely to be there...

If it's showing at all (and many times it is NOT in the off-season) it would be on Saturday (sometimes Friday too).

For the past couple years it was not showing, except Memorial Day through Labor Day (basically). In 2001/2002 they were doing refurbishment of the floats in 2002/2003 they were doing major refurbishment of the Rivers of American and Tom Sawyers Island. So I am hoping that they will continue to have Fantasmic! this year year-round on weekends and holiday periods. So keep your fingers crossed, that is about the best you can do. You will have to wait until after Labor Day to see what they do and check back closer to your trip.

Fantasmic! will not be showing after Labor Day weekend this year, even on weekends~is what a Mouseplanet member just posted and he said he confirmed this with guest relations. It has to do with Refurb being done on the Mark Twain. No idea when it will return, sorry
