Fantasmic! and ECV access

We are planning on going to Fantasmic! at HS when we visit next April. I will be using an ECV due to arthritis in both knees, however walking for a short time period or a short distance is not a big problem but stairs are...especially if there aren't good railings.

We were thinking of doing the Fantasmic! dining package to get preferred seating, but I was wondering if this is necessary due to having the ECV; and where is the preferred seating from the Fantasmic! dining package - are there stairs ?

Any insight or advice would be appreciated as I will be making ADRs in a few days.

I did the Fantasmic package with an ECV. You will be placed in the top row of the dining package section.

I would still do the package, ECV parking and seating is at the back of that section. you park and one other person sits beside you others are in the 2 rows just in front of you. you want to be in the ECV at end of show as it will be impossible to get your ECV to you as people leave

Yeah, we had to wait until the arena emptied to leave. No way were we able to get out with the ECV.

I have the same question -- stay in the ecv for the show or not. but these last 2 seem to have opposite opinions. am I reading wrong?

pp: we are both saying it is hard to move after Fantasmic even when you are on your ECV but if you need to get thru crowd to get to it, you are going to have a hard time with that crowd. a lot of people with ECV's let the crowd thin out before trying to move
