Fantasia Restaurant 2009?

We just got back from WDW and had seen a sign with these words by the former Millenium Village, in EPCOT, on New Years' Eve. There wasn't anyone around to ask about it and the sign was gone when we went back to EPCOT two days later.
Anyone know anything about this?

There was a NYE dinner offering there. I assume that is what it was.

For supercrowded days when it is impossible to get a restaurant reservation and there are expectations that there will be Park "stage closings", if World Showplace (the former Milliennium Village) is not otherwise booked they will set up a buffet meal there so people will be able to eat.

This will often show up for Easter Sunday, Mother's Day and/or New Year's Eve.

This was a special New Years Eve Dinner. I almost booked it but it was pricey and I couldn't find anything on the menu for dd10 that she would like.

They were supposed to have dancing there also.
