I let my 11 year old daughter play with my MDE account and somehow she found and booked a fastpass for Frozen Ever After on 11/26 so now we are committed.

We are staying at Fort Wilderness and the plan is to visit Fantasia Gardens to play some mini-golf, eat at the Boardwalk Pizza Window and then catch our fastpasses at Epcot. We will return from Epcot to Fort Wilderness when the crowd becomes overwhelming. Given this is the Saturday after Thanksgiving I expect everything to be jammed with people.

My question is what is the best transportation route? The one thing I am ruling out is that I do NOT want to drive to the Swan. I would prefer not to drive since the day will be so busy and the parking lots will be getting full by the time we get there, but will drive it I have to. We do have park hoppers.

My first inclination is to take the first bus to either Hollywood Studios or Epcot and then catch a bus to the Swan. Other options would be taking a bus to one of those resorts and walking to Fantasia gardens. I know there is a boat, but heard it was really slow. One of the areas at Disney I have never visited is the Boardwalk area so it just isn't familiar to me. Any suggestions?

Bus to DHS and walk to Fantasia Gardens, it's about a 10 minute walk. Just walk toward the Swan and Dolphin and you will see signs for Fantasia Gardens. I'm sure @Robo has a map on it, have you checked the map sticky?

Fort Wilderness to HS, walk to Fantasia Golf; or uber to Fantasia Golf. Walk from golf to boardwalk and boat from boardwalk to Epcot or walk depending on how your feet are doing.

OK, bus to HS and walk or boat the rest of the way it is. Thanks for the help.

I personally would take the boat to the Swan from DHS. There are usually several boats running, so you don't wait very long, usually no more than ten minutes. Fantasia Gardens is a very short walk from there. As noted, then walk to Boardwalk, and boat or walk to Epcot.
