Fantasia Anthology problem...

While in WDW at the beginning of this month, I splurged and bought myself the Fantasia Anthology. Tonight everyone else is gone, it's raining and I decided to sit down and watch "Fantasia Legacy".

My DVD player said it couldn't "read this type of disc - please insert another disc" !!!!!

I put in Fantasia 2000 - and it worked just fine.

What do I do? Does anyone know who or how to contact The World of Disney where I bought it?

Has anyone else had this problem? I even tried to watch it on my computer. There are things on the disc - but I couldn't watch it (I may not have the right software) When I opened the disc - there were icons showing on my monitor.

DVD's players do have problems with certain type of disc's. When we bought our Samsung DVD player the very first movie I put in to watch we couldnt watch. We had to put it in my ds Playstation 2 to watch. I think I have had that problem only once or twice. If you have another dvd player to watch it on, try it and see.

You can register your DVD's at Disney.com. They can be replaced if they are registered. I don't recall the number, but you can call BVHE as well, and they will let you know if they've had a problem with your particular DVD player. If so, they'll send you a new one.

This has happened in the past with "The Kid", "Dinosaur" and some copies of "Monsters, Inc".
