Fandango TS3 promotion

Hi, I ordered our TS3 tickets on Fanndango so I could get the extra Disney Movie rewards points and the Disney digital TS3 book. I entered my magic codes and got the points, but when I try to get the book it says the promotion is unavailable. I have e-mailed them twice about the problem but have gotten no response. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem? Thanks!
