Fan for a stroller?

Does anyone have any recommendations for a fan to clip onto a stroller? I searched Amazon, and many of the ones that popped up don't get very good reviews. (Several people said their kids tore foam fan blades off within minutes.)

(We're taking along a Chicco Liteway for our 2 yo DS when we go to WDW in mid- to late May.)

I got one at Babies R Us...but I am in Canada. I have no idea what brand (its in my suitcase for my up coming trip). My baby will be close to 5 months so hopefully she won't rip it apart...I believe the blades are not foam. I think I paid about $17.99 for it.
