Fan Club Card?

Could someone please help me. I read about this card and would like to sign up for one but I can't find anything. Please help me??? Thank You.

Go to the Universal Board and look for the post from Cbrlmgr entitled "fan club card update" there is link directly to the family network where they are waiving the fee right now. It isn't exactly the same "fan card" that only employers have access to - but is basically the same thing - but more like a coupon - still works the same way (I think!)
