Fan Club Card ??

My company no longer gives out Fan club cards, but I have one from 5-6 years ago(maybe older than that). It says Universal Studios Florida Fan Club membership card. IS this card still valid? There is no expiration date on it, but it does say the program is subject to change etc.
I'm trying to get a discount on the HRH for November and would like to use this if it is still legit.

I am the club director for the company I work for and all our cards are a few years old. They don't have an expiry date on them and when I asked USF they said that was ok, they will honour them. The reason we are not getting new ones, is that they do not send them out to the UK anymore. I think this is short sited as it is only the cost of postage and lots of people visit from the UK.

I can't imagine that those little cards could possibly cost much to mail to England! Sometimes companies come up with policies that just make you wonder what they are thinking!!
