Famous Footwear Cyber Monday Frustration

So Famous Footwear has a really great cyber Monday deal going on today. BOGO 1/2 + 20% off purchase + free shipping. I think it is great because I need to order 4 pairs of shoes for different people in my family. I was crazy busy today and could not get online until about 6PM to do my shopping. I have literally been trying for 4 HOURS trying to order these shoes and still, no luck. Their website is soooo slow that I am still trying to just check-out! I have to get to bed but this deal is just for one day and I hesitate to go because I really want these shoes.

I was wondering what they would do if I called tomorrow and asked for the cyber Monday deal on Tuesday because their website was pretty much overloaded and I could not place my order, if they would give it to me. Has anyone done anything like this before? Normally I would not care but with 4 pairs of shoes, I would like the deal. But I am not staying up for 2 more hours to keep trying and who knows, maybe it won't even happen by then either! I have looked online and it looks like this problem has been going on all day with people not being able to get through on the website.

Any ideas?

I would say the answer would be " no". Now, if you try calling tonight, while it's still Monday and the sale is still going on, you may be in luck.
