Family tshirt design

Hello everybody. I have been looking at all the designs and asked for some for my family's upcoming trip. I love everything. I would love an extra special design for another family. It's a family of four. Lisa mom, Rob dad, Brandon son, and Tyler youngest son. The mother was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer that has spread to her brain. They are going to Disney in the beginning of May through a making memory's program. So I'm wanting to make them a basket with shirts, autograph books and other fun things in it to help make this trip truly special. Any designs would be much appreciated. I'm sure they would love anything. The two boys are very young 5 and 7. Maybe the older one turned 8 already. So I wouldn't want ages in the designs bc my luck he would be 8. Hello I am happy to help but I am unsure of what items you need besides a t-shirt design. Can I get a little more info:
Favorite characters or a theme for the t-shirt, disneyland world or other?
size for the autograph covers-favorite characters for each child
and any other info you think would help

Thank you so much. Tyler the youngest likes jake and Brandon the oldest likes cars. I was thinking about a tshirt with all of the names on it mom, dad, Brandon and Tyler and maybe may 2014. This way the boys will be able to have it as a keepsake. Autographs probably standard size. Im going to buy some glow sticks, little things from the Disney store, a Disney beach towel to put in the basket and maybe throw in a $25 gift card for each if the boys. They are going to Disneyworld. Thanks again for helping
