Family trip, how to link reservations??

Hey everyone! We just booked our next vacation for May. We had to book two separate vacations as we are going with my fiance's family this time and they will be staying in a separate room. I am so used to planning for just the two of us I just realized that now that I will be planning for all 7 people with two different vacations and two different accounts how will I be able to get us all the same reservations.

I am have always seen the option to link reservations but would prefer to fully understand how to do it before clicking buttons when the time comes. Any help or tips for us would be great!

You have to "invite" your friends and family and they "invite" you. It will send your an email and you have to accept the invite. Then you should be able to see everyone listed on both reservations. Once you make your ADRS you can select the guest that are listed in your friends and family.
