If the youngest child is still under 3 at the time of the trip, you will be able to stay in a family suite at either AoA or Music. The max occupancy at both is 6 plus 1 under 3. If the youngest will be 3 at the time of the trip then no, you'll be over the occupancy limit.

To me, though, that would be quite crowded. Two adults in the bedroom (maybe plus the 2 year old in a crib or the provided pack & play), then three more adults and the older child in the living room on the sofa sleeper, sleeper chair, and murphy bed. I'd really give that a lot of thought.

If instead you went with two rooms somewhere like Pop, you could request connecting rooms. But you would have two queen beds in each room. That gives more sleeping spaces, still have two bathrooms, two fridges, and coffee makers. The price is comparable as well.

I agree with this. Having all those people in a suite would be way too crowded. I wouldnt attempt it, even if the child were technically under 3. its just way too many in a room. Not comfortable. I would book two rooms at pop just as @happymommy suggests. The rooms are refurbed so everything will be clean and new.

We did 4 adults and 3 children in a suite at AoA - me, my sister, our parents and my 3 kids (10, 8 & 2 at the time of the trip). I didn't feel like it was crowded. Not more crowded than having 4 people in a hotel room. The one upside to the AoA suite is that there are 3 areas, I feel like that made it "feel" like we weren't all on top of each other. Another thing is that we didn't spend much time in the room.

We had 6 adults at the AoA for a RunDisney event on 2 separate trips. 6 adults with all their stuff for just the races and normal park stuff. I was very surprised that the room felt as spacious as it did - even with all of our stuff. The trick for us was to not live out of suitcases - everything was unpacked and put away. Suitcases were stashed in the main bedroom. I think this helped us to not feel so cramped while we were there. Also, we always left the murphy bed up unless we were sleeping to help keep the area open.

Assuming that you can legally stay in the Suites (1 child under 3), I think you would be fine in AoA - but depends on how much personal space everyone needs. In a standard room, you have two beds but everything is in one general area. The AoA really have 3 bed areas - 1 real bedroom, 1 pullout sofa in the living room area and the kitchen/murphy bed. I never felt that I was invading the sofa bed people's space when we were sleeping as they weren't side by side and pretty far away from each other (as compared to a standard room). I personally think the sofa bed is the smallest sleeping space of the 3 options. Haven't stayed in the suites at All Stars to see how they compare.

If you do decide to go with AoA suite I would make sure all parties involved are okay sleeping in some of those less than desirable beds. There is no way I would sleep on the sofa bed for my entire vacation. Also take into account if you have any very tall or "pooh" sized folks in your party as they could be very cramped in some of those beds.

With little privacy too. Only one real bedroom with a door.

The living room in the ASMU suite is much bigger than the AoA. For me, that's better for younger ones to have space to run around. The kitchenette is much nicer too - it's a separate space, with an L shaped counter, shelves underneath and cabinets on top. Plenty of space for food, etc. The AoA kitchenette is just a little spot in the corner and takes up space in the living room as well.
