family suite help please

Hi everyone, just a quick couple of questions when can i book a family suite at the sequioa lodge or the newport bay for november and does anyone know if its big enough to take 6 adults and 3 kids small ones, and lastly how would i go about booking with disney direct, and would park tickets be included
