I have been wanting to try one of the family style service meal/restaurants at WDW. I have not done so as of yet because I think I would feel silly dining family style alone. I dine alone at WDW often but usually just at the counter service or fulls ervice locations I am thinking it would be too much food for one person to eat. Any opinions?? Thanks!

I've done family style and buffet by myself.
The first time I felt weird but then after the 3rd restaurant, it didn't matter... :teeth: (then again I loooove food... :rotfl: )
The CMs are usually really nice to solo travelers. But sometimes you get the tip hungry ones and they ignore you and cater more towards the full tables.
Either way enjoy!
People are having fun at WDW... you should too!

When we dined at LTT, I just told the server to bring less meat because it would be just me eating it. They'll just bring you enough for you and you can get more of anything if you need it. They won't make you feel silly and you shouldn't! Have a great time!

The portion first served is determined by your party size.

Just like a party of 8 would need more to start with than a party of 3.

Go & Enjoy! :)
