We are driving down on the 16th! From Prince William County, Va.

Two days at the beach in Georgia, then on to wdw on the 18th. through 31st.


Just the three of us... we will be at the Hilton Grand Vacation Club.

We're leaving Saturday 8/13 for Florida and will be in Disney from August 19-23, staying off site at the Spring Hill suites in the Marriott Village. I can't wait and neither can my kids !!

Anybody doing Character meals on the 20 or 23, we have Chef Mickey on the 20 at 5:00 and CRT on the 23 at 10:20? Will I see anyone?

Hi Kira! I'm also trying to keep our trip a secret from a 10 year old (my step daughter). We will be there (me, DH, sd and MIL) from Aug. 21 - Aug 26, staying at POP. This will be sd's and mother-in-law's first ever trip to WDW! I am getting so excited! Have you told your kids ANYTHING? I haven't figured out when we're telling sd yet either. So far, I've given her "clues" to try and make her guess...which is sort of fun.

Well, my 13 year old daughter figured it out - she caught us doing something on the computer and wouldn't rest until she knew what we were up to. She was kind of sorry when she figured it out, and she doesn't want to know ANY of the details.

My other kids are completely clueless, even though my husband keeps mentioning the trip by mistake! I think we may keep it a secret until we drive to the airport!

This will be fun - we've never surprised the kids like this before!
