Oh, dear! So, while at dinner tonight my 4 year old son looked up at us with his big blue eyes, and said "Can we PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE go to Disney!???" How can I possibly say no to this! So, here I am, planning a 5th trip in 4 years to celebrate Thanksgiving (US) at Disney Paris. But, now we have 3 children over the magical (3rd child is free) age. So, what are the best options for a family of 5? Looks like only Davy Crocket or the Disney Hotel will hold a family of 5 (w/o getting 2 rooms.)
Any ticket deals going on right now? Help a mom make her son's request come true w/o breaking the bank!

I believe that both the Santa Fe and the Disneyland Hotel have family rooms which can sleep up to 5 but they're expensive (last time I checked getting a family room at SF was more expensive than getting 2 rooms) Some of the off site hotels have larger rooms - Explorers has rooms that can sleep 6.

Fnac has annual passes at a discounted rate which might work out cheaper than buying individual tickets depending on how long you're going to be there - a pass is 119euros and 1 day/2 park tickets are 30 euros so which offer is better for you depends on how long you're planning on going for.

The most we will do is 2 days in the park. Any offers for free annual passes for kids with purchase of adult?

promoparcs and cemultiavantages are expected to resume this deal in October I believe.

Newport Bay also has family rooms.

Explorers is great for families and you can often get good rates if you shop around. Have a look on Trivago for it as they compare lots of websites.

There are also serviced apartments available in Val D Europe for a reasonable that would cater for you.

You'd then have to sort out some park tickets but as others have said, you can often get a free kids annual pass if you buy an adult one.

Considering the Davy Crocket Ranch. I think the kids would love it (don't know about the parents!) On the Irish site, I can get 3 nights/4 days for a family of 5 for around 700 euro. We would have to drive though since there is no shuttle. We thought about taking the train from Stuttgart, Germany.

How is DCR during the Christmas season? Is the pool too cold to go in? I think my kids could spend a whole day in the pool alone.

Hi we are now a family of 6 and we have started booking 2 rooms an askn for inter connecting rooms so that way we also have 2 bathrooms which is a godsend with all the children

I am trying to keep this trip as cheap as possible while still enjoying ourselves. We will be visiting London the following week so I need to save up some moola!!! Right now I am trying to decide between staying at the Marriott Village (which we have before. So beautiful!) and doing the parks for just 1 day at 30 euro a ticket, or staying at the Davy Crocket for about the same price but getting more days in the park (we always go into the city for one day.) I think the kids would enjoy DCR more, and mom and dad would enjoy the more classier Marriott Village.
