Family of 5 which resort

We have a family that wants to stay inside WDW at the end of April were should they stay? Now Cost is a factor I ws thinking OKW What do you folks think?

The most cost effective option for a family of 5 is POR (provided all children are over age 3). It is the only resort that allows 5 per room that is not in the deluxe category, with the exception of the all Star family suite which usually prices higher than one room at POR.

Some AKL Villa Studios sleep 5 for less than money at OKW. You would need a 2 BR at OKW

With five you need a two bedroom like tgropp stated. A studio or one bedroom only sleeps four, unless one of your party is under the age of three.

POR is a great resort. We stayed there last year. You have riverboat transportation to DTD, several quite pools, fishing for the kids. The restaurant is great and the comedian is fantastic. THe resort is beautiful and bus service was always good. PORs would be my recommendation!

If money is a big factor, look into POR or 2 rooms at a value. We opted for 2 rooms at a value because we liked the idea of having 2 bathrooms and 4 beds.

We have always had a great time, and enough space @ the POLY. We've also had great visits to the AKL, and the GF and we are a varied group of 5. ages of kids- 15,6,3. JMHO> Hopes this helps!!!!

Our family of 5 always stays at a Deluxe room at WL. It's cheaper than a 2 bedroom villa and it's club level. You get 2 queen beds and a living room separated from the bedroom by french doors. I think you can get the same set up at YC in a Jr. Suite but it's a little more.
