Family Magic Tour

Hi,

I just booked our first ever Family Magic Tour. Kids will be 5, 6 and 7 when we go in July. Has anyone every done this - and what did they think. It sounds like fun. What was your honest opinion of this tour? Thank you.

My DD (age 7) and I did it last December. We both really enjoyed it.

My family did the family magic tour last year - mom, brother, 16 y.o. niece, 14 and 10 y.o. cousins. We had a blast! The kids still talk about how Captain Hook chased after us. I would definitely do it again!

Awesome, Awesome, Awesome. We just did this last month and had a great time. We went to Philharmagic with Peter and Wendy and spent about 15 minutes with them waiting for the show to open. It was a great time. If you have a disney visa you should check, because we got 20% off the tour with our visa.

When in July are you going? We have it booked in July too! It sounds like a blast from what I've read. I'm taking the 11, 8 & 5 year old on it (he will be 5 when we go, he's only 4 now). My DH & the 1 year old are going to go do whatever it is they want. LOL!

Hi, will be doing in on July 11. My ds is 4 now and will be turning 5 on our trip. Wouldn't that be funny if we were doing the same one!

We have Disney Visa, AP and AAA. Anyone know what's the best discount?

Nope, won't be on the tour together, HOWEVER, we WILL be at WDW on the 11th. We arrive on July 10th. Our tour is on the 17th. That would have been funny if we were there the same time!

My one will turn 5 toward the end of May!

I think the discounts are all about the same amount? I know Disney Visa did do a 20% off at one time but I'm not sure if that's an all the time thing or was just a promo. I think the AAA one is 15%? I'm not sure about AP.

We are going on the Premium package, so I didn't pay any attention to the cost as it's included in the package.

I'd say that 2 is probably a tad young to really enjoy the full tour and get much out of it. There is lots of interaction with the Cast Member who does the tour- it is set up with a theme that is like a scavenger hunt. I don't want to give too much away but probably age 3 or 4 would be a good starting age.

However, if you and DH are looking for a reason to go- I'd say go and have a blast!

Yes I just made a PS for it today. I got the phone number off one of the links here about WDW tours. Sorry I don't remember the phone number but if you do a search under tours you should be able to get it.
