Family-friendly Miami Beach hotels?

We will be staying in Miami for 2 nights after our Thanksgiving Magic Cruise. Looking for suggestions for family-friendly hotels on Miami Beach. We will arrive on Sunday afternoon and depart Tuesday morning. Prefer to not rent a car, rather be within walking-distance to restaurants that appeal to my picky eaters (-: Thanks!!!!

Not sure where you are flying out of, but take a look at the Margaritaville resort in Hollywood. 15 min from FLL. Beautiful and fun.

If you want one more idea, we cruise out of Miami today and stayed at The Surfcomber in south beach last night. Still here! I think it's great for kids.

It's a Kimpton hotel, so they do a good job balancing cool & fun with family friendly. They have bikes you can check out for free, wine hour every day 5-6, pool that's open late and it's right on the beach.

Plus it's 2 blocks to Lincoln St which is the main pedestrian only street with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, etc.

We're looking forward to seeing the new Tangled musica! Enjoy your Thanksgiving cruise!!!
